RESUMEN
Los sistemas judiciales de todo el mundo, según el autor, comparten las mismas características
con los sistemas orgánicos que pueblan nuestro mundo. Es como si los sistemas judiciales
evolucionaran del mismo modo que lo hace la vida desde que apareció en la Tierra hace casi
cuatro mil años. Signica esto que unos y otros (sistemas judiciales y biológicos) se han adaptado
no solo al entorno en que viven sino también a los cambios y circunstancias que los afectan
permanentemente. Es este un artículo provocador que pretende sensibilizar acerca de los sinuosos
caminos que sigue la aplicación de la justicia entre los hombres.

ABSTRACT
Legal systems in the world, according to the author, share the same characteristics with organic
systems that populate our world. It is as if the legal systems evolve in the same way that makes life
since it appeared on Earth almost four thousand years ago. Does this mean that everyone (legal
and biological systems) has been adapted not only to the environment in which they live but
also to changes and circumstances that aect them permanently? Is this a provocative article that
aims to raise awareness of the winding roads following the application of justice among men.
