Resumen: En razón al surgimiento de necesidades procesales distintas, y
dejando de lado el mod elo clásico conforme al cua l toda decisión jurisdicci onal
consagra una parte vencedora y otra vencida, es decir, resoluciones estimatorias
y desestimatorias; han surgido nuevos tipos de resoluciones con distintas
     
vez más que el Derecho Pr ocesal Civil ha dejado de ser el mec anismo tosco y

y descripció n de esta tipología diferen te de resoluciones judi ciales: anticipator ias,
determinativas, docentes, exhortativas e inhibitorias.

Abstract: As a result of the development of d ifferent procedura l necessities and
leaving behind the cl assic model according to whi ch all court rulings est ablish a
winning party and a losing party (that is, rulings are either positive or negative),

the classic mode l. This reveals, once again, th at Civil Procedure Law has s topped

enumerates and desc ribes this distinct typ ology of court decisio ns: anticipatory,
determinative, didactic, admonishing and inhibitory.
